Office Headquarters Site Project

The Offce Headquarters Site Project was a an ongoing semester individual class project in which a layout for the office design was crafted and construction documents were produced for the same. Here are some of them:

Here presents the horizontal and vertical alignment of the road that leads to the parking lot. 

Modified Rational Method is used to detect how much water is need to keep on site and is estimated with the equation of Q. The report will present the method and process of estimating the Q for the watershed area of the site before development and after development. 

A pipe system was made for my office design at that would help in designing pipes  for smoother flow of water and better stormwater flow and management. The work presents my design layout, my pipe system, pipe schedule with calculations, and pipe section profiles. 

This is a soil erosion and sediment control plan for the office site that presents the methods proposed for coping with possible soil erosion and sediment discharge.
